Return & Refund Policy
If The Customer are not entirely satisfied with the purchase, The Customer can avail The Company’s Return policy. All products are only eligible for refunds and return only if they’re kept at 0-8 degrees at all times, failing to do so will lead to the juice getting spoilt and The Customer’s claim will be null and void. All refunds and returns are on sole discretion of The Company upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management. Returns are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product.
- The Customer should notify The Company within 1 calendar day from date of receipt about the need to return an item. To be eligible for a return, The Customer item must be unused and in the same condition that The Customer received it. The Customer’s item must be in the original packaging and The Customer should have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice will also be considered valid). The Customer needs to keep the products ready so the Company’s delivery boys can get them collected. The Company will call and let The Customer know when the pickup will take place.
- Once The Customer’s item is received and inspected by The Company, The Customer will be notified. If The Customer’s return is approved, a refund would be initiated to The Customer’s account through the original method of payment. In case of online or card mode of payment, The Customer will receive the credit within a month, depending on The Customer bank’s/card issuer’s policies.
